Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to retain an existing rear addition (deck enclosure) and a covered sundeck on the main floor at the rear to this existing one family dwelling on this site thereby relaxing of Floor Space Ratio regulations of the RS-1 District Schedule as per the decision of the Board of Variance, appeal number Z35452 dated June 18th,2019 subject to the following conditions: (1) that the Board of Variance approved the Sundeck Cover and Enclosure at the rear on the main floor (drawings accepted as submitted and presented) and also the Owners agreed to restore the use of the attached three-car garage and shall be used as non-habitable living space, and this includes the installation/adding proper garage-door opening(s) as required and shall be to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; and (2) that the development shall otherwise comply with the requirement and regulations of the Zoning and Development By-Law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning.
