High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior/exterior alteration and change of use from Single Family Dwelling with Secondary Suite (Group C) to Community Care Facility – Class A (Classified as Group C as per 3.1.2.5) Scope of work includes: - Remove upper floor kitchen, replace with bar, interior layout change for bathrooms. - Sprinkler the entire house to NFPA 13D. - Install Fire Alarm system, manual pull station is not required as per 11.4.2.2 if fire alarm and sprinkler water flow alarm are designed as per 3.2.4.7. - Addition of lift in garage, up to deck on second floor.
