Description

High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Change of Major Occupancy Classification and Major Renovation Interior alteration on the concourse level (lower mall level) of this existing commercial high rise mixed use building per the followings: 1- Interior renovation and change of use and major occupancy classification to return to shell existing retail (unit number 11) and divide it to 2 units of office and personal services (D) shell spaces, (Phase 1B). 2- Interior renovation and change of use and major occupancy classification to combine 7 existing retail units (numbers 6/7, 8, 16, 17, 18, 19), one beauty salon (unit number 9), one office (unit number 10), portion of the public corridor, and the existing public washrooms (next to the current Starbucks) and to convert it to 4 new retail shell spaces, reconfigured public corridor and the exit on this floor, (Phase 2 & 3).
