Maximum allowable occupant load: 60 (tenancy is classified as a small suite). 4. A sign stating maximum occupant load shall be posted in a visible location. 5. Any proposal to increase the occupant load above 60 will require further review of the VBBL and may require further upgrades and can no longer be classified as a small suite.
