- Revision 02 - Revising the design and construction methodology of the Interim SWM design between Control Manhole MH-101 and proposed new interim manhole MH-113 as follows: 1. The existing 750mm storm sewer across Kerr Street has been proposed to remain. As such, there is no deep excavation required into the roadway nor is any disturbance to the valley slope required. 2. A new interim MH-113 is still to be installed within the ultimate condition ROW of Kerr Street. Currently this portion of land is owned by Dana Canada and will be conveyed to the Town in the ultimate condition. Therefore, the new location of MH-113 will be on the private property of Dana in the interim condition. As such, construction of the proposed temporary interim condition storm service will not interfere with the existing municipal sewer and watermain infrastructure located within the existing road allowance of Kerr Street ROW. The new manhole MH-113 will be constructed on the existing 750mm dia storm sewer across Kerr Street. 3.The previously proposed 600mm concrete storm service, proposed to run parallel to the building at 656 Kerr at 1.0% has been revised to a 750mm concrete storm sewer at 0.3% slope to gain more depth and lower the invert elevation at Control Manhole MH-101.
