Foster) issued November 2, 2021 to add new roof assemblies, new wall for conditioned mechanical space and installation of Air Handler in attic, install new HRV in 2nd level laundry room, new gas fireplace vent east elevation, stone cladding added to sunken patio and spray foam added to rim joists. ~ Energy Upgrade: As per REUP Notes: Separate building permit required for new outdoor, inground swimming pool.
