Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Suite #1050 - 10th floor Interior alterations to provide improvements for an existing tenant on the 10th floor (#1050) to expand into #1070 (retain unit #1050) in this existing commercial building on this site. Scope of work: to remove a demising wall between the two units and demo partition wall for new layout, lighting, finishes, & kitchen in expansion area only. REVISION #1: delete Lunch Room 1001, and delete Office 1006 and make into an open workstation area, add Office in area 1003 (now labelled as Office 1002), expand the existing Staff Room 1004, relocate millwork, reconfigure workstations along the West window wall and change contractor from BC Coastal Projects Ltd. to Reotech Construction. Changes to ASHRAE. REVISION #2: to convert the open area to a new Office Room 1015 and to retain or retrofit the millwork. Increase in project value from $180,000 to $190,000. No changes to ASHRAE.
