East elevation - Remove existing glass blocks and replace with new. - Remove existing brick veneer cladding above the parkade entry and replace with new. - Re & re two existing fabric awnings on the 8th floor. West elevation - Paint/ cleaning the existing stucco and brick veneer facade. ******THIS PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS OF VBBL 2019 AND REVIEWED DURING THE 2020 COVID-19 PANDEMIC CRISIS. ******** Building Review Branch Notes: 1. No ground disturbance. 2. Sch-A, Schedule B - Arch & Struct. and Schedule D-1 are submitted. 3. New curtain wall glazing cleared by POD, Hamed Ghasemi on Jan 31, 2020. Ok for DB per Lee Telefson. 4.
