- Permit Revision to building permit #22-118714 000 00 CN, located at 3535 Rebecca Street. Changes are as per listed below and associated stamped revision letters uploaded: 1. Enclosed exterior loading dock area complete with overhead doors, exterior walls, roof, associated structure and mechanical/electrical services. this work is reviewed under permit 23-104713. 2. Added fire rated wall, door and fire shutter at interior loading dock area. 3. Revised location of sprinkler riser storage areas and location of baler as indicated to suite enclosed loading dock layout. 4. Removed VCT option in sales floor for polished concrete finish. 5. Revised (3) roof screen enclosures to be non-acoustical at front of store, as indicated on revised drawings. 6. Revised brick and brick sill specification as requested by client. 7.
