Scope of work includes: partition walls and new doors for three teaching rooms, new non combustible acoustic panels with sound proof foam attached to exterior walls of rehearsal space. Tenant: Metanoia Music Studio Notes: A permanent sign indicating the maximum occupant load = 6 persons shall be posted in a conspicuous location near the suite entrance.
