Building envelope air sealing and upgrading attic insulation are required. Increase in project value at discretion of District Building Inspector will require upgrading of attic insulation as per Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2019 VBBL. Applicant is advised to keep receipts for all work done for energy upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the Vancouver Building By-law.
