The phasing/sequence of the demolition and abatement is as per “Oakridge -Phase 1 South Demolition & Abatement Sequence” drawings and plans: 1. Phase 1 I. All Zones A, B, C services to be disconnected and rerouted. II. Fully abate all identified areas in Zone C III. Abatement work to commence in Zones A & B IV. Hoardings to be installed in Zone A & B & C if required V. QP to provide Hazmat Report Form and Clearance Letter to CoV confirming Zone C abatement work has been complete VI. CoV issues written approval to proceed with structural demolition of Zone C 2. Phase 2 I. Structural demolition of Zone C II. All Zone A services confirmed disconnected and/or rerouted III. Fully abate all identified areas in Zone A IV. Continue Zone B Abatement V. QP to provide Hazmat Report Form and Clearance Letter to CoV confirming Zone A abatement work has been complete VI. CoV issues written approval to proceed with structural demolition of Zone A 3. Phase 3 I. Remove remainder of Zone A finishes under general demolition procedures II. Structural demolition of Zone A III. All Zone B services confirmed disconnected and/or rerouted. (This work can occur during Phase 1). IV. Complete abatement in areas in Zone B V. QP to provide Hazmat Report Form and Clearance Letter to CoV confirming Zone B abatement work has been complete VI. CoV issues written approval to proceed with structural demolition of Zone B 4. Phase 4 I. Remove remainder of Zone A finishes under general demolition procedures II. Structural demolition of Zone B Written approval must be issued by City prior to demolition of each zone.
