The alterations described under item no. 1 above, authorized by the Development-Building Permit Number DB-2019-01920, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law No. 4837 and this Development Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit. Scope of work includes exterior alterations to validate enclosed loading area, and correct vestibule and required exit door at the rear of this building. Separate permits will be required for future tenant improvements for the new shell space. Note: 1. OK to process as DB for exterior alterations per Zlatan Jankovic, March 12, 2019. 2.0. This is reviewed under VBBL 2014 and issued during health crisis.
