No Recycle Requirement Required Related to: Demo DB-2020-02493 Demo DB-2020-02496, S&A BP-2020-02494 Demo DB-2020-02497 Demo DB-2020-02498 Demo BP-2020-02500, S&A BP-2020-02499 Note: 1) Notice of Demolition must be provided to District Building Inspector 24 hours in advance of demolition by calling 3-1-1 or 604-873-7000 outside of Vancouver. 2) All work must be conducted in accordance with Safe Work Procedures approved by Qualified Professional and WorkSafeBC requirements. 3) Letter of Completion confirming work was conducted in accordance with all applicable requirements and regulations must be submitted by Qualified Professional upon completion of work. 4) Demo to grade only. No soil disturbance or excavation of soil other than that which is incidental to the demolition is permitted under this permit. 5)Environmental conditions: *A Certificate of Compliance or Final Negative Determination from the Ministry of Environment is required prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. *A Groundwater Quality Declaration or Waste Discharge Permit is required prior to commencing dewatering activities. *A qualified environmental consultant must be available to identify, characterize and appropriately manage any environmental media of suspect quality which may be encountered during any subsurface work.
