- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 1463 E 58TH Ave Exterior and interior alterations to add a new rear covered deck to this existing one family dwelling on this site thereby relaxing of rear yard, the floor space ratio and building depth regulations of the RS-1 District Schedule as per the decision of the Board of Variance, appeal number Z35516 dated July 04,2019 subject to the following conditions: (1) that the approved covered deck shall be limited to the maximum size as shown on the plans with 10.0 feet (in depth) by 17.50 feet (in width) in accordance with the Board of Variance's approval on July 04th, 2019 (2) that the site must comply with the Site Impermeability regulations (a maximum allowance is 0.6 / 60%) of the Zoning and Development By-law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; and (3) The development shall otherwise comply with the requirement and regulations of the Zoning and Development By-Law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Ok for field review as per L King Structural schedule B signed and sealed by Jason Hui, 778.319.3403 Note: Separate permit is required for the unauthorized suite.
