Building Review Branch Notes: - Sch-A, Struct. B & Arch. B are submitted. - Existing building is sprinklered to NFPA 13D requirements. - Exterior sprinkler system in conformance with NFPA 13 required on the East & West facade per alternative compliance method prescribed in T-11.5 1.1.(11). Full sprinkler review require. - All existing unprotected openings are required to be wired/tempered/laminated safety glass on the East & west facade per alternative compliance method prescribed in 11.3.3.4.(1). - Existing building is fully upgraded meeting design upgrade levels of F4, S4, N4, A4 & E4 and fully sprinklered per VBBL 11.4.7.1. - Existing combustible eave projections which project to less than 0.45m from the East & West property line may be retained subject to condition that soffit protection is provided with non-combustible material and without venting.
