This is a time-limited permit for six (6) months (with an option to extend) or until the physical-distancing requirements are lifted by the Provincial Health Officer. This structure is for the exclusive use of "Fed" located at 845 Terminal Avenue. Building Review Branch Notes: 1. Permit issued in response to COVID-19. 2. No cooking permitted. Vancouver Coastal Health: 1. All foods must be prepared at an approved location in accordance to the Food Premises Regulation B.C. Reg. 210/99. 2. All food items offered for sale must be an already approved food item from the vendor. 3. Perishable pre-packaged foods must have appropriate temperature controlled display and storage. 4. Food retailers cannot open packages for the purpose of sampling.
