Ok for Field Review per L.Telefson, Oct.16/19 Energy Upgrade exempt: Building envelope repair. Note: Existing heritage signage to be replaced as shown on plans. ************************* Heritage Alteration Permit: “1)\tRepairs to the north and north-west walls at the fifth level to correct defects that are allowing water penetration including but not limited to flashing, membranes, steel stud wall sections and parged wall faces. The alterations described under item no. 1 above, authorized by the Development-Building Permit Number DB-2019-04659, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Development-Building Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit.” Furthermore, Heritage staff have the following Conditions of Approval: That the replication of any painted signage as a result of removal and replacement of certain wall facings must replicate existing in terms of style, design and colour and using a template as described in the repair work summary.
