Description

Certified Professional Program - New Building - To construct a three-storey building containing a new elementary school on the first and second floors and a new child daycare facility for 69 children on the third floor on the eastern portion of the site, with at grade parking spaces, having vehicular parking spaces from the east lane. Principal entrance at W 67th Ave on 2nd storey. Childcare facility will be fitted out with the base building, no separate TI required. Outdoor emergency supply storage shed under 10 sq.m. will not require separate permit. The existing two-storey plus basement elementary school (David Lloyd George), on the western portion of the site, will be retained as a swing site for limited time, and the existing portable classrooms will be demolished. This permit has been reviewed under the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law (#10908). Reviewed during the 2020 pandemic crisis.
