Exterior work is for installation of rooftop unit only. Note: 1. Proposed RTU location OK per O. Szeleczky Sept.25, 2019 2. Class-2 cooking operation. The Marra Forni NP 130 gas pizza ovens is installed without exhaust hood with a direct vent exhaust system in strict compliance with manufacturer's installation guideline. 3. Occupant load is 30 persons including staff. 4. Permit application was reviewed based on the requirements of VBBL 2014. 5. Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage. Revision-1 Modify equipment and floor layout to 1- Remove espresso machine and coffee grinder 2- Rename sink next to the oven to hand sink 3- Reduce size of the grease interceptor and relocated it Revision was issued during 2020 pandemic crisis.
