Notes: - Smoke alarms to be installed in conformance with Vancouver Building Bylaw subsections 3.2.4 and 9.10.19. - CO Alarms to be installed in conformance with Vancouver Building Bylaw subsections 6.2.4 and 9.32.4. - Bar sink located in the cellar rec room - Building is sprinklered to NFPA 13D - separate sprinkler permit may be required as per DBI - Applicant is advised to keep receipts for all work done for energy upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the Vancouver Building By-law. Second follow-up Energuide assessment may also be required. - Increase in project value at discretion of District Building Inspector will require upgrading of attic insulation as per Article 11.2.1.4 of the Vancouver Building By-law.
