NOTE: The approved Accessory Building may be used for one accessory parking space, and remain in place, for no longer than one-year after Council Approves a Report (from the Engineering Department), authorizing timing, funding and construction of all, or a portion of, a complete East/West lane, in North side of the 1400 block of East 27th avenue, and between Dumfries Street (to the East), and the North/South lane (to the West); Scope of work: to remove the bathroom, cooking facilities, living area and return garage to true 1 car garage.
