High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - To perform exterior alterations to this existing Municipally Designated Heritage A building, in accordance with the “Sun Tower Heritage Conservation Plans, dated 2014Nov26" and the “Sun Tower Exterior Lighting Design, dated 2020Jan07”, as prepared by McGinn Engineering and Preservation Ltd., and including scope: 1)\tTo seismically anchor the cladding on the street principal facades of the podium and tower, to seismically upgrade the structure and cladding of the cupola, to rehabilitate terracotta and brick cladding and sills where needed, to rehabilitate all existing one-over-one single-glazed windows, and to install an LED dimmable exterior lighting system. The alterations described under item no. 1 above, authorized by the Development Permit Number DP-2019-01037 including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Development Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit.
