Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - alteration to permit exterior and interior alterations to this existing single family dwelling on inside with lane site. Scope of work to include upper floor covered roof deck to be removed and removal of additional paved area from the site. Structural schedule B provided by: SHAMBHU N. BISWAS P. ENG 604-250-8666 BOV - Z35410 - Approved February 26.2019 Thereby granting relaxations of the Rear Yard, Floor Space Ratio (FSR), and Building Depth regulations of the RS-1 District Schedule and approved a rear sundeck (main floor) and an aluminum cover over the deck on the main floor at the rear of this existing one-family dwelling, subject to the following conditions: (1) that the Board of Variance approved the rear “Covered” sundeck on the main floor level (only) and the upper floor covered roof-deck MUST BE REMOVED in accordance with the Board’s decision on February 26th, 2019 ; and (2) that the Board of Variance approved and relaxed the Site Impermeability for the rear “Covered” sundeck on the main floor level (only) and granted a relaxation to 0.63 (or 2,220 sq. feet) of permitted impermeable area at this site. The owners MUST REMOVE additional paved area from the site and a maximum allowance of 2,220 sq. feet (Site Impermeability to 0.63) was approved in accordance with the Board’s decision on February 26th, 2019; and Scope of work to include energy and building upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law and as required by the District Building Inspector. ALL NEW WORK TO MEET VBBL 2014.
