Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 510 Burrard - Ground level Interior alterations to provide improvements to this existing Financial Institution tenant at 510 Burrard Street on the ground level of this existing commercial building. Scope of work per VBBL 2019: Interior demo and alterations to reduce the size of existing tenant space. South portion will be vacated and returned to Landlord. North portion will be altered to accommodate the consolidation of both sides. REVISION #1 - Sept. 18/20 mk - remove existing drywall bulkhead over teller line, continue ceiling tile across area. - convert previous storage room area to small meeting room. - increase project value from $200,000 to $210,000. Note: The shaded area on the plans to be returned to the landlord. Tenant: Bank of Nova Scotia - Trust Co. Selected energy upgrade: E2 - HVAC - Clean and Balance all Air Systems (per 6.7.2.3.2 of ASHRAE 90.1-2016) OK for field review and district building inspector to confirm if a sprinkler permit would be required as per Howie Chow, April 6, 2020. DBI confirmed no SP required April 29, 2020
