Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 191 W 2ND Ave Interior alterations per Board of Variance Appeal No. Z35553, heard by the Board of Variance on October 22, 2019 and ALLOWED, overturning the decision of the Director of Planning, thereby granting permission to complete interior alterations and to change the use of approximately 2,839 sq.ft. from Retail Shell to a Retail - Cannabis Store use, in this existing mixed-use building on this site; and subject to the following conditions: (1) the approval is for the exclusive use of “Choom Holdings Inc.” and shall be operated by Sean Bruce-Hayes and doing business as (DBA): “Choom”.
