Notes: 1. Application is a Minor Amendment to DP200893. Revision #1: The existing timber retaining walls that were intended to be re-used were completely rotten below grade and required replacement. A structural engineer was engaged and they re-designed the walls to be reinforced concrete. The lower connection wall to the existing retaining wall also required re-design to accommodate the revised loads due to the rotted wood timber walls.
