High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - To construct a 2 storey addition for bicycle storage, gymnasium, classrooms and meeting rooms on top of an existing 2 level parkade as a self-contained building making this a 3 storey building. The existing parkade will be structurally upgraded as part of the self-contained requirement; the existing parkade was completed in 1999. VBBL 2014 - Reviewed during the 2020 pandemic crisis. Revision #1 - (Dec. 7, 2021) - Changes from patio pavers to concrete topping with 1 riser added to the West Entrance of Meeting room #127. Class 2 Hood over Commercial Dish washer: 1. Steam and Heat Removal only. 2. Post a sign on the hood, "Cooking causing grease-laden vapours is not allowed. Exhaust system is designed for steam and heat removal only." Class 3 Cooking: 1. Class 3 cooking operations. 2. Domestic hood with a grease filter required. Limited smoke and grease laden vapours are produced (i.e. such as normal usage in a single-family home). 3. For applications outside a dwelling unit post a sign, "This is a Class 3 cooking Operation, with a grease capacity alike to a single-family residence. No commercial cooking is permitted, including preparation of meals for more than a normal household on a regularly repeated basis."
