Energy Checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trade permits. (e.g. electrical and plumbing). It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades on their BP drawings at the BP stage. No Translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows so that the interior of the premises is visible at all times from the sidewalk.
