As a result of alterations to demise #201 into 2 units, the newly created suites have been have been assigned #250 and #270 2. #201 has been cancelled and is to be removed from the suite 3. #250 and #270 are to be posted at the suite entries in accordance with the Building By-law prior to final inspection. Revision #1: To change General Office Shell to General Office as tenant improvement, keep the existing washroom, update the lightning, and no changes to the approved interior Scope of work includes removing all partition walls, repairing HVAC ducting as required and changing the lighting throughout, returning the unit to a general office.
