High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations to replace waterproofing membrane and provide new concrete topping at the courtyard roof slab and re-waterproofing the in-filled pool area of this existing multiple dwelling residential building. Scope of works: - removal of all landscape overburden including planter beds, various trees, shrubs and plants to facilitate the waterproofing replacement. - remove and re-install existing swing doors and a portion of existing decorative concrete block on north elevation to allow for waterproofing installation. ******THIS PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS OF VBBL 2019 AND REVIEWED DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC CRISIS. ******** Building Review Branch Notes: 1. Sch.- A, Arch. B, Struct. B and Schedule D are submitted. 2. In the case that proposed alterations involve parkade concrete slab repair at ledge beam, soffit concrete, through-slab concrete, etc. Prior to final inspection, BP revision drawings (site plan/parkade plan) will be required to show the exact location and extent of these repair work once determined on site/ during construction.
