Appeal No. Z35680 - 3121 West Broadway- Cannabis Retail Store This appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on October 06th, 2020 and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning who refused Development Application No. DP-2019-00848 and approved interior alterations and change of use from existing retail to a new Cannabis Retail Store in approximately 930 Square feet of this existing building maintaining 2 existing underground parking spaces, and subject to the following conditions: (1) the approval is for the exclusive use of “LEISURE CANNABIS CORP.” and shall be operated by Yuqing Yao and doing business as (DBA): “Leisure for Cannabis”. (2) the Board granted a limited-time approval for three (3) years and expires on: October 06th, 2023; (3) the Board may grant an extension on/or before the expiry date: October 06th, 2023; and (4) that the development shall otherwise comply with the requirements and regulations of the Zoning and Development By-law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning.
