Tenant: Lightbox Enterprises Ltd, DBA: Dutch Love (2,361 sq. ft.) Maximum Occupant Load = 60 persons. Scope of work includes: new partitions and millwork for office, back of house, washroom, display units and storage; new security system, plumbing, electrical, lighting, paint and finishes throughout.
