- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to the existing retail tenant with ancillary food court (H-mart) to expand into ancillary financial institution (Korean Exchange Bank) on the first floor of this existing mixed use building on this site. Scope of work: To deconstruct all interior walls, fixtures and finishes at the Korean Exchange Bank. To construct new display shelves, refinish suspended tile ceiling, lighting, electrical and sprinkler throughout. Schedule A & Architectural Schedule B- Jinyong Yum 604-493-2001/604-771-8311 Electrical Schedule B - Blake Shine P.Eng 604-346-5131 The services of a Structural Engineer may be required, based upon site inspection by the District Building Inspector. Separate sprinkler permit required Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage.
