Appeal No. Z35804 - 6669 Fremlin Street This extension request appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on April 06th, 2021 and was ALLOWED, thereby granting an extension of the Board of Variance's decision (Appeal No. Z35493) in order for the Owners to obtain all the required City permits within one-year (All the scope of work noted-above), and subject to the following conditions: (1) that the development shall otherwise comply with the requirements and regulations of the Zoning and Development By-law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. OK for field review as per Rosa Astorino - October 4, 2021 As a result of the addition of the sec suite, the existing one family dwelling / principle dwelling, will be assigned a suite number. The site is now as follows: BUILDING 1 #1 - 6669 Fremlin St - one family dwelling (East portion of basement, 1st & 2nd storey) #2 - 6669 Fremlin St - sec suite (West portion of basement) Address and suite numbers assigned as per approved plans for Fire and Emergency response. The address number is to be posted to the building to be visible from the street and the suite numbers are to be posted at the suite entries in accordance with the Building By-law prior to final inspection.
