Revision #1 (P Volpi, Jan. 9, 2023): 1. Lower floor: Revise stair design, remove storage room under stairs, add safe room, relocate laundry room window, and add window in gym room by window well. 2. Attic: Add 2 skylights, change south side gable roof, add gable roof to west side, revise stair design, remove powder and storage rooms & replace with mechanical rooms, and add a small wet bar. 5. Landscaping: Revise pool layout, lower patio in south garden (formerly landscaped window well with shade plants), entrance and driveway layout, update plant list, relocate garage and change the 2-car garage to a 3-car garage.
