Scope of work: 1st Floor: Steam generator to be installed above the foyer closet. 2nd Floor: Bathroom layout change / alterations of surrounding interior walls, deletion of laundry closet, addition of powder room. 3rd Floor: Gas fireplace to be replaced with gas range for extended kitchen. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage.
