Scope of work includes creating an interior demising wall, removal of 1 washroom in the proposed barber shop, creating an accessible washroom in the proposed Restaurant, and Plumbing. Ok for Field Review as per Jamie Z - Jan 30 2024 Schedule B Architectural: Matthew Cheng, 604.731.3012 REVISION 1: - To remove the proposed alterations for 3929 Knight st (restaurant) from the scope of work in this permit. REVISION 2: - To provide alterations for 3929 Knight St (restaurant) to include an accessible washroom and revert back to the original scope of work prior to revision 1. - Increase the demising wall fire rating to 2 Hrs. Note: This permit is for alterations as shown in plans only. Any unauthorized work on this site, existing or otherwise, is neither recognized nor approved and may be subject to enforcement action. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows so that the interior of the premises is visible at all times from the sidewalk Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trade’s permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
