Proposed work includes new BC Hydro service connection, sewer and water connections. Temporary use of gas generator prior to proposed BC Hydro service connection. Building Review Branch Notes: 1. This permit is for a temporary period expiring January 31st, 2022 unless extended by the Chief Building Official. 2. Refer to EP-2020-09447 for related electrical work. 3. Staff trailer located on Strathcona Park site, warming tent and washroom/shower trailers located on Engineering right of way. 4. Refer to street use permits, SU-2021-00065 & SU-2021-00075. 5. Provide 3 m clearance to the warming tent and washroom ccans. Provide fencing to secure generator from unauthorized access. Permit Amendment #1- 2021-02-01- S.Le 1. Install one additional 10x10 warming tent. 2. Install one additional staff trailer.
