Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 4th Floor - Unit #407 Interior alterations to unit #407 to modify the kitchen layout, upgrade the finishes, appliances, and fixtures throughout the suite in this existing multi-dwelling building on this site. Letter of assurance provided by: John J.
