Scope of work: - Reprogram existing addressable smoke detector at elevator lobbies and shaft and add new smoke detectors, where required (machine room). - Installation of new exit signs - Replacement of elevator fused disconnect switches, elevator machine room and elevator pit receptacles with GFCI type, replacement of existing elevator machine room and elevator pit lights with new LED type c/w wire guards, installation of new outdoor downlights on rooftop level, upgrade of existing transfer switch controller to accommodate pre-transfer and elevator emergency power signals Building Review Branch Notes: - Related to EP-2020-09218 - Schedule B, Architectural and Electrical, Sonia Mollaei, P.Eng , 604-695-2740 - Main Recall level: Ground Floor, Alternate Recall Level: Second Floor - Installation & verification of existing FACP in conformance with CAN/ULC S537. - An updated FSP must be submitted to VF&R for approval. This is a requirement of the permit. * Reviewed as per VBBL 2019 and during 2020 Pandemic Crisis.
