Field Review - Addition / Alteration - To demise 2140 Main St (strata lots 2-5) into: 2110 Main St (SL2 & SL3), and 2130 Main St (SL4) & 2140 Main St (SL5) interconnected; To change the use of 2130 & 2140 from "Drug Store and Health Care Office Shell" to "Health Care Office in conjunction with Drug Store (pharmacy) and Beauty & Wellness Centre" as per the operational letter submitted by Dr. Hardeep S Bhugra of "Simple Life on Main" and to alter the interior only to provide first tenant improvements.
