High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations for building envelope repair to the existing 2 storey Vancouver Registered Heritage 'B' Institutional (Our Lady Perpertual Help School) building on this site. Scope of work includes : 1-Renew Existing stucco walls at the heritage portion of the school with exterior insulated rainscreen assemblies (Stucco texture and colour to match historic condition. 2-Renew Existing windows with new fiberglass framed windows to match historic condition. 3-Refurbish existing exterior wood frame window with leaded glass at the west elevation. 4-Repaint exposed roof rafters and soffits 5-Replace existing wood door at east elevation. All new windows and doors to be no larger than the existing unprotected opening dimensions at site. No electrical work proposed. OK for DB as per Jamie Zhang All exterior materials and colours should match to the existing. ******This permit has been issued under the requirement of VBBL #12511 (2019) ********* Building Review Branch Notes: 1. Reviewed during the 2020 pandemic crisis 2.Transparent doors shall conform to VBBL 3.3.1.19. 3.All new windows and doors to be no larger than the existing unprotected openings dimensioned at the site. New windows and doors to comply with Part 10. Windows and doors shall conform to the requirements in: a) AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440, NAFS North American Fenestration Specification for Windows, Doors, and Skylights, and b) CSA A440S1, Canadian Supplement to AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440, NAFS North American Fenestration Standard/Specification for Windows, Doors, and Skylights.
