Field Review - Addition / Alteration - CF-2020-017066 - Interior and exterior alterations to existing Neighborhood Public House at 78 W Hastings Street and Single Room Accommodation at 74 W Hastings Street at this existing mixed use building on site. Interior alterations at 78 W Hastings Street is limited to reinstating the required fire separation between the first and second storey. Interior alterations at 74 W Hastings Street is limited to: 1) Structural repair to exterior stairs at rear from first to third storey 2) installation of new lighting on the second storey. Exterior alterations are limited to: 1) Validate the removal of the southern and northern skylight and construction of flat roof over the former opening. Only the centre skylight remains. NOTE: This permit is for alterations related to CF-2020-017066 only. Any unauthorized work on this site, existing or otherwise, is neither recognized nor approved and may be subject to enforcement action. Okay for Field Review per A. Cashato.
