This permit is subject to the Green Demolition Bylaw (11023). Note: Pre-1950 recycling requirement: 75% of non-hazardous construction waste. *****Given the property’s location, the applicant should be notified that with ground disturbance there is always a possibility of previously unknown archaeological materials to be present on the site, and if encountered during proposed or future work on the property all work must stop immediately, and the applicant must contact the BC Archaeological Branch, and apply for necessary Heritage Conservation Act permits and applicable First Nations permits. All archaeological sites, whether on Provincial Crown or private land (including land under water) that are known or suspected to predate AD 1846, are automatically protected under the Heritage Conservation Act and must not be altered in any way without the appropriate authorizations.*****
