The alterations described under item no. 1 above, authorized by the Development-Building Permit Number DB-2020-02228 including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under By-law No. 8371 and this Development-Building Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit.” Note: The scope of work also includes interior layout changes. Structural schedule B signed and sealed by D.H.Wicke, 604.484.2859 Renovation energy upgrade proposal prepared by Scott Silverthorn, 604.787.1952 Heritage Alteration Permit for Revision #3 “1) The scope of the exterior work is as follows: A.\tUpdates to the Existing house, including: 1.\tRemove exterior stairs and door to basement. 1.\tPatch and repair existing exterior wall. 2.\tReplace existing cedar shingle roofing with same. The alterations described under item no. 1 above, authorized by the Development Permit Number DB-2020-02228, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Development Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit.” Furthermore, staff have the following Conditions of Approval: 1.\tAll work to be done in accordance with the approved Architectural Drawings (dated January, 2022) prepared by Evoke International Design which is made part of this permit application.
