Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 3rd Floor To alter the interior of this existing single-tenant Production Studio and General Office 5-storey building to provide minor tenant improvements to all floors. REVISION #1: 3rd floor - 18.5m2 added scope by converting a small open area into an office and converting an existing lounge area into an office. Alterations include new lighting, power & data to suit as well as new t-bar ceiling & minor sprinkler relocation. Alterations for Levels 1, 2, 4, and 5 have been removed from the scope of work. B. Wong - Nov 8/21 A separate Sprinkler Permit is required for proposed work to the sprinkler system. DBI to determine if a Schedule B is required for any wall removal. Rehabilitation - Minor Renovation - Level E2 energy upgrade required Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant’s responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
