- Enquiry Centre - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations only to provide for the removal of six (6) existing antennas and to provide for the installation of six (6) new antennas and for the installation of an additional three (3) new antennas at the existing penthouse roof of this existing mixed-use commercial and residential Municipally Designated Heritage 'M' building as permitted per item #1 below: "1) Exterior alterations to include: the removal of six (6) existing antennas; the installation of six (6) new antennas; and, the installation of an additional three (3) new antennas at the existing penthouse roof only. The alterations described under item no. 1 above, authorized by the Development Permit Number DB-2021-00945, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Development also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit." Furthermore, Heritage staff have the following Condition of Approval: 1. All work should be done in accordance with Application Drawings (dated February 12, 2020) prepared by Core One Consulting Limited, which is made part of this permit application. Note: Exterior alterations for the removal and installation of Freedom Mobile antennas has been accepted by heritage planner Hugh McLean on August 31, 2020, and by planner Hamed Ghasemi on August 20, 2020. OK for SIPS processing as per Howie Chow, March 16, 2021. Note: It is the responsibility of the applicant to call for a final inspection once the Schedule C-A and C-B (Letters of Assurance) are received as per the District Building Inspector.
