- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - To alter the exterior and interior of this existing 2-storey Manufacturing/Workshop (F2) and Office (D) industrial building to provide tenant improvements for a new Miscellaneous Products Manufacturing - Class B tenant (F2), with ancillary office on the 2nd (327 sq. ft.) and ancillary retail on the 1st (371 sq. ft.), as per the operational letter submitted from Lance Burger of Bon Constructors. Scope of work includes: alterations to remove walls, plumbing, millwork, doors, glazing and brick veneer; Interior - two washroom upgrades (one accessible), new plumbing fixtures, millwork, replace light fixtures; Exterior - new doors, cladding, glazing and brick veneer; Structural Voluntary Seismic upgrade to meet design upgrade level S2 - steel and wood/post columns, beams, footing reinforcement, stair and roof sheathing. Removal of all encroaching portions of the building on the City right of way. Tenant: Bon Contractors Inc. (approx. 2,624 sq. ft. total) OK for Field Review per A. Patterson, May 4, 2021.
