- High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Building Permit for DP-2020-00364 To perform interior alterations by replacing four parking spaces with commercial storage rooms in the underground parking level of this existing commercial building. Revision #1: The washrooms are due to change due to a slab band below and also reflects rearranging the upper floor storage, lunch room and office. Other changes are as follows: 1. Washrooms were relocated on the main floor due to conflict with slab bands below. 2. Lunchroom, office, and storage was revised / relocated due to changes in #1. 3. The wall of the lower floor storage room is rerouted due to conflict with existing mechanical duct. 4. Lower floor storage room masonry wall thickness is changed from 4” to 8” due to structural engineer’s advice. Space is taken from interior of rooms. 5. The entry vestibule is changed on the main floor. There are new vestibule doors, partitions and ceilings. 6. Structural moment frames were relocated due to conflict with existing mechanical equipment on the main floor. 7. An existing column has been added into the plan since discovering it on site. 8. Mechanical ducting on upper floor changed in order to keep as much existing ductwork as possible. P Volpi, March 2, 2021.
